She gained fame appearing on Abs- cbn show.  The later she vanished- then again she came back! Joining this year's batch of Filipinas who aimed to win The Binibining Pilipinas titles. But so sad she wasn't lucky to bagged one of those three titles.

But she is unstoppable! She is now competing for a Miss Philippines World title, which is handled by Cory Quirino- the newest franchise owner of the 2nd most influential pageant amongst big four.

Aaron Schock - Hot Congressman on Men's Health

WASHINGTON — Representative Aaron Schock of Illinois, who already had the distinction of being the youngest member of the House, has a new feather in his cap (or maybe, his gym bag): he is the first member of Congress to appear shirtless on the cover of Men’s Health magazine.

June issue of Men’s Health
Mr. Schock and his abs appear on the cover of the June issue of the magazine, which hits the stands May 24. The congressman, a Republican who starts his days on Capitol Hill working out and running before digging into his legislative business, was chosen by the magazine to inspire Americans to get a jump-start on their summer fitness routine.

“As the fittest congressman, who better than Aaron to help promote a healthy lifestyle,” said David Zinczenko, editor-in-chief of Men’s Health, in a prepared statement. “He is deeply committed to health and fitness and is the perfect spokesperson to help motivate people to change their eating habits and their attitudes towards weight and health – and not just for the summer, but for life.”

American vs. Italian VOGUE?

American Vogue :

The current editor-in-chief of American Vogue is Anna Wintour, noted for her trademark bob and her practice of wearing sunglasses indoors. Since taking over in 1988, Wintour has worked to protect the magazine's high status and reputation among fashion publications. In order to do so, she has made the magazine focus on new and more accessible ideas of "fashion" for a wider audience. This allowed Wintour to keep a high circulation while discovering new trends that a broader audience could conceivably afford. For example, the inaugural cover of the magazine under Wintour's editorship featured a three-quarter-length photograph of Israeli super model Michaela Bercu wearing a bejeweled Christian Lacroix jacket and a pair of jeans, departing from her predecessors' tendency to portray a woman's face alone, which, according to the Times', gave "greater importance to both her clothing and her body. This image also promoted a new form of chic by combining jeans with haute couture. Wintour's debut cover brokered a class-mass rapprochement that informs modern fashion to this day." Wintour's Vogue also welcomes new and young talent.

Debate, confusion on Bin Laden photos

President Obama is taking heat from both sides of the political divide for his decision not to release photographs of Osama bin Laden's body. Meanwhile, some lawmakers created confusion on Capitol Hill yesterday by mistakenly saying they had seen the controversial images, before backing off.

After mulling the issue for days, the White House announced yesterday that photos of the slain al Qaeda leader would not be made public. The president told 60 Minutes he wanted to ensure the images--said to be extremely gruesome--can't be used as an "incitement to violence" or as "propaganda tools."

Some GOP figures were quick to criticize the president's decision to keep the photos under wraps. Rep. Duncan Hunter, a California Republican, said this morning on CBS's "The Early Show" that the pictures would help bring "closure" for the families of 9/11 victims. And Sarah Palin tweeted yesterday afternoon that the photos should be released as a "warning to others seeking America's destruction," adding "No pussyfooting around."

Even some who are usually friendlier to the president have questioned his call. Jon Stewart argued on The Daily Show last night in favor of releasing the photos because "we can only make decisions about war if we see what war actually is."

Archaeologists Unearth Body of 'Homosexual' Caveman

Based on a recent archaeological find, there is now reason to believe that homosexuality actually dates as far back as the time of the caveman.

According to a report on The Telegraph, archaeologists digging in the Czech Republic unearthed the bones of a male body said to be a member of the Corded Ware culture during the Copper Age.

The peculiar thing about his burial was that he was buried in a manner more befitting of a female corpse.

According to lead archaeologist Kamila Remisova Vesinova, the burial rites during this age were strictly adhered to.

She explained that men were routinely “buried lying on their right side with their heads pointing towards the west.” Women were buried in the opposite way; on their left and facing east. But both would have been buried in a fetal-like position.
